Q. Do you deliver on Public Holidays?
A. Unfortunately we are not open on a Public Holiday. If you would like to place an order for the business day before the Public Holiday, we would be thrilled to deliver the flowers for you then.
Q. What happens if nobody is home when you deliver?
A. If no one is home we will leave the flowers in a safe place if available. However some properties do not allow for flowers to be left safely; apartments for example. During hot weather or intense rain we will not leave the flowers is adequate protection isn’t available. In the event your flowers can not be successfully delivered, they will be returned to our store. The recipient is welcome to collect the flowers from our store or we can redeliver for you (delivery charge applicable)
Q. When do you do your deliveries?
A. . We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Q. Can I order in advance?
A. Yes! Nothing like being organised! Just select your desired date during the checkout process. We’ll keep track of your order and have it delivered on your selected date.
Q. What kind of payment do you accept?
A. All major credit cards including Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Afterpay. We also provide a tax receipt automatically with your order confirmation email.
Q. What towns/suburbs will you deliver to?
A. We deliver all over the Central Coast Municipality and right along the North West Coast of Tasmania.
Q. Do you offer Same Day Delivery?
A. Yes we do! Orders for same day delivery must be placed before 10am AEST. The delivery schedule for a residential address 9am - 6pm and for a business address 9am - 5pm. If you know the work hours of the recipient, its best to let us know asap via phone, email or simply add a little ps note in the card message section. We will see it! We will always endeavour to deliver within the required time however if this simply isn’t possible we will attempt to notify you asap, so please list your contact details in your order.

Q. Do you deliver on weekends?
A. No, unfortunately our store isn’t open on weekends, with the exception of Mother’s Day, Valentines Day and during our Christmas trading period.
